This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and enthusiastic pharmacist looking to further their career, leadership and clinical skills within a county-wide organisation providing mental health and learning disabilities services across Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will act as the Trust’s Medicines Safety Officer and be the professional lead for the Medicines Safety Group. They will have the required skills to lead and manage the provision of medicines safety and governance agenda, working closely with Trust quality and safety leads to ensure medicines safety, good reporting culture, learning from incidents and quality improvement is a top priority across all disciplines.

The post-holder will also deliver a high quality clinical pharmacy service to allocated wards/teams.

We offer 24 hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.
