An exciting opportunity has arisen in the role of Specialist Lead – Enhanced and Critical Care.

In this role you will be responsible for the development of critical care clinical practice within the Trust and for providing advice to the wider organisation and its service users.

You will also lead on trauma, critical and enhanced care clinical pathways and interventions which support the Trust and wider health care economy in delivering high quality care in the right place, at the right time by the most appropriate clinician. Working autonomously to identify opportunities for service development and innovative practice.

You will be required to continue the development of the Trust strategy document on Enhanced and Critical Care and its translation into service.
