. You will receive a 6 Week in house training induction

. You will be responsible for making sure our patients/staff and visitors receive the best service we can deliver by putting them at the heart of everything you do.

. You will be required to fulfil and understand our patients needs by being inspirational and making the patient experience one they will not forget

. No day will be the same

. Working on a busy front of house reception

. Making of and transferring calls that come into the Health Centre

. Meet and greet

. Working on the Systmone booking service

. Booking of Meeting and Clinical Rooms for our service users both internal and external

. Reporting of building maintenance issues

. You may have to work alone, but will also be part of a great team

. Depending on your role expectation to travel across sites if required

Pay: £18,005 rising to £19,337 pro rata, per annum

**POST 2: Woodhouse Health Centre Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5.00pm Fri 8.30am-4.30pm 37.5 Hours**

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
