Mountain Healthcare Limited is pleased to offer a new opportunity within the county of Essex.


Mountain Healthcare provides specialist forensic medical services to the Police and NHS. Our services range from forensic and healthcare support within Police Custody suites, to the highly sensitive management and support of victims of rape and sexual assault.


This position if for a Bank member of staff. We are looking for somebody who is flexible, friendly and self-motivated to join our dedicated 24/7 coordinator team within our growing business. The successful candidate will be able to work weekends, both day and night shifts. These will be 8 hours (5pm-1am, 1am-9am, 9am-5pm) and 12 hours (7pm-7am, 7am-7pm) in length.


Pathway & Support Coordinator's will be expected to receive calls from our customers and dispatch or co-ordinate our dedicated medical professionals to attend forensic and medical work as required. Some calls will be supporting staff, or dealing with day to day enquiries. You will be required to speak to members of the public who may be in a distressed situation and require support and help from our medical professionals.


Coordinators must be calm, friendly and helpful in demeanour. Customer service and client dedication is key in ensuring the sensitive work we complete is done to the highest quality possible.


IT skills are essential; Microsoft Office and Internet.

Full training will be provided.
