Admin Support Officer Education and Training

Salary up to£19,475 per annum, pro rata

33 hours per week to be worked flexibly in accordance with the needs of the service

We are seeking an experienced Admin Support Officer to join our outstanding Education Team here at Mountbatten. Do you have a passion for learning and development and have outstanding administration skills and experience, then we would be delighted to receive your application.

About the Role:

As our Admin Support Officer for education and training you will:

  • Support all administrative processes related to training activity.
  • Ensure all administrative procedures compliment the quality of training provided by Mountbatten.
  • Maintain training records and relevant databases, including attendance records and quality data.
  • Produce and distribute certificates of attendance.
  • Produce and distribute other documents, including attendance registers, evaluation questionnaires, course materials, presentations, educational literature.
  • Assist in setting up training rooms, equipment, and presentation material.
  • Assist with website booking processes and monitoring of bookings.
  • Manage correspondence to training delegates, and with, facilitators of training.
  • Support staff in booking on to relevant training sessions and courses.
  • Assist with promotion of courses and engaging external organisations in training.

About You:

You will need to:

  • Have outstanding administration skills.
  • Be exceptionally organised.
  • Have eexcellent IT skills, and experience of using Microsoft products, including outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel and Teams.
  • Be experienced in telephone and interpersonal work dealing with members of the public and employees in a confident and helpful manner.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic.

The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check the cost of which is covered by the Hospice.
