An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Director of Financial to join Nottingham University Hospital’s award winning finance department.

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is meeting the financial challenges and efficiency requirements with partners across the Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System as it adapts to the Covid19 virus. The Trust is also preparing its HIP2 case “Tomorrow’s NUH” which will seek to define how acute healthcare is delivered to our patients in the future.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to lead a fantastic commissioning team to make a major contribution to the challenging financial agenda facing Nottingham University Hospitals and our partners within the ICS.

You may be an existing senior manager who is keen to further develop your career and national reputation for achieving success in one of the UK’s largest and most complex organisations. We provide secondary and tertiary services to a population of around 2.5 million across the East Midlands.

  • Your post maybe subject to a DBS check which incurs a cost dependent on the level of check required (£45 for enhanced and £28 for standard). I agree to reimburse NUH NHS Trust the cost of a DBS check if it is required (by deduction from first month’s pay). Should I decide to withdraw from my job offer, I agree to reimburse NUH NHS Trust the cost of the DBS check undertaken by cheque or other agreed method.
