We are looking for a Part Time Administration Booking Clerk to join our busy Administration Team In Childrens Speech and Language. The Ideal candidate will be friendly, excellent customer service skills and work very well within a team, whilst also able to use their own Initiative.

Candidates must have previous experience in working in a clerical/administrative role, ideally within the NHS and knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.

Duties will include , answering the telephone, registering referrals, booking appointments, processing clinic/session changes, and undertake a wide range of general admin tasks as and when required.

The post holder will build and maintain close working relationships across the clinical administrative teams, will use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure functions of the role are carried out correctly and within given timescales.

This is a part time position Monday - Wednesday 8:00am - 4:00pm 22.5 hours per week
