Medical Education Administrator (Undergraduate)

Salary:         Band 3 (£19,737 - £21,142)

Location:     Fulwood house, Sheffield

Hours:          37.5 per week (12 month fixed term)

Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust is the lead unit employing all psychiatry trainees in South Yorkshire, and provides quality placement to medical students and physician associate students. The Trust works in partnership with the University of Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam University, University of Leeds and Health Education England

You will work closely with the Medical Education and Staffing Manager and the Medical Education Co-Ordinators, and other educational leads to ensure effective and efficient administrative support for the Medical Education Department to provide students with the best quality of placement and experience of psychiatry.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining flexibility and to work with minimum supervision together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  You must be able to work well as part of a team and be a highly organised and motivated individual.
