We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Coordinator to join the ITAPS Anaesthetic Admin Team working on the Anaesthetic Review Clinics.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy team as a Clinic Coordinator.

You will be responsible for a number of outpatient anaesthetic review clinics; this will include all administrative tasks from referral to discharge. The role involves liaising directly with the Consultant Anaesthetists as well as the various other stakeholders including admin/management staff from surgical specialties, so experience in customer service along with excellent communication skills will be very desirable in this role. Experience in HISS Patient System and ICE would also be desirable but not essential as we will provide training for this.

This is a demanding and rewarding role and it is essential that the successful candidate is able to work effectively as part of a team whilst prioritising and managing their workload. If you are a highly organised person, would love a challenge and like to keep busy then this is the job for you.

Regular cross-site working will be required to best meet the service needs and to ensure that the individual is kept up to date with the clinics on each of the sites.
