Static Vascular and General Surgery

Are you an experienced Band 5 Physiotherapist or already a Band 6 Physiotherapist looking for a new challenge whilst continuing to develop your clinical experience and specialism?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, skilled and highly-motivated Physiotherapist to join the Therapy Service here at NGH.

You will be part of the Vascular and Surgical therapy team, and will provide advanced evidence-based assessment, treatment and discharge planning for patients admitted to wards, pre-operative care and preventative management.

You will also have the opportunity to supervise less experienced colleagues and students.

We have a lively and vibrant working atmosphere and are committed to continually improving our service. We strive to provide high quality care, and this non-rotational post offers great opportunity for personal and service development.

Applicants should ideally have a previous experience as a physiotherapist on a surgical Unit with vascular experience. You will need good clinical skills, a flexible approach; including excellent team working, organisational and time management skills.

We are recruiting for a Physiotherapist who shares our ambition and vision to provide the best possible care for all our patients and has the drive to take us forward.
