CLCH Community Planned Services are currently seeking a motivated deputy team leader band 6 nurse to join our community based service in Barnet.

The Role

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Community Nurse to work within the barnet North Locality team, in a 1 year secondment post. The role of the Senior Community Nurse will be to support the management of a team of registered nurses, nursing associates and HCAs, in collaboration with the District Nurse team leader.

So what do you need to join our team?

  • To be a registered general nurse
  • Evidence of post-registration nursing experience within the community setting
  • Experience of undertaking comprehensive health neds assessment and writing care plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writnig
  • To be a car owner and driver.

Barnet Planned/Unplanned service provide community Nursing services to Barnet CCG and is split into three locality teams. This post will be located in the North of the Barnet localities. The post holder will work closely with the team leads/ clinicians to develop the service and maintain close working relationships with both acute and community services.
