As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day supervision and management of a team of logistic drivers ,this will involve management of personnel, monitoring / performance management, sickness, and annual leave following relevant HR Policies and Procedures. To be familiar with and adhere to service plans, policies and procedures
The post holders will provide leadership and management direction to the operational teams within Oxfordshire. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure that service delivery maintains the standards required as per our contractual arrangements and Service Level Agreements.
The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Trust, and in particular Commercial Logistics Services, assisting in the development of close working relationships with our users.
The successful candidate will possess:
• Excellent listening skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Ability to prioritise own workload
