Who are we?

An administration support team within Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust looking for an exceptional individual to come join our Neighbourhood Support Team.

What will you be doing?

You will be working in a professional, pleasant and friendly team, providing an excellent administration support service to the Portfolio Leadership Team working across two neighbourhood teams in the South of Leeds.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

. Level 2 IT skills or RSA/OCR or equivalent.

. Maths and English Grade A-C or equivalent.

. Experience of working in a busy office environment.

. Ability to work to deadlines, multi-task and prioritise your workload.

. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality and have excellent communication skills.

The role is part-time, Wednesday and Friday's set days with another flexible day,

** It is essential you have a full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle which you can use for business purpose**

The ideal candidate have a good understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality and have excellent communication skills written and verbal along with working knowledge of MS Office, ability to Multi-task, and experience in working in a busy office environment.




If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
