Administration Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven history of leading a team of dynamic administrators. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will already have completed Level 3 in Business Administration - Advanced or hold sufficient experience.

The role provides line management to the administrative team working across therapy specialties including Speech & Language, Dietetics, Weight Management, Neuro Rehab, In Patient and Out Patient Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy and the Orthopaedic Interface Service. This position will be supporting the specialist administrators with expert knowledge and experience of the business. The role works autonomously using initiative and specialist knowledge and experience of the service to manage keys projects around service improvement. Ensuring pro-active and comprehensive admin support is provided to the clinical teams across the department.

The post holder will provide administration and business support to the Head of service, Service Manager/Leads and clinicians. The role will include the co-ordination responsibility of recruitment, management of e-roster, and management of service level data bases to support operational performance for Neuro-rehab, Acute inpatient and Outpatient services.

The successful applicant will have the ability to liaise and work closely in partnership with all relevant senior clinical / non clinical staff and their respective departments. Provide support and leadership developing positive relationships and ensuring all admin staff adhere to the values and standards of behaviour expected by the organisation.
