The South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Education Facilitator to join the Trust’s nationally acknowledged and highly innovative simulation education team.

The successful candidate will support the Education Manager for clinical simulation at the Enhanced Simulation Centre, Newbury and on the Mobile Simulation Vehicle (Simbulance) for providing and delivering high-quality clinical and non-clinical education and CPD training to staff by facilitating simulated scenarios, providing constructive debriefing and develop technologies to enhance the learning experience for delegates and learners. In addition, as part of the role, you will drive the Simbulance to Trust locations including other Education centres and to our external stakeholder locations i.e. Universities, in order to provide mobile simulation of the pre-hospital setting  

The Trust has extensive education programmes and CPD training ranging from PTS education, clinical programmes and Simulation training planned for existing and new staff, and we are seeking an education facilitator to support and develop these programmes. As an education facilitator, you will be part of the team as well as have responsibility for an individual portfolio of clinical simulation and to provide subject matter expertise as allocated by the Senior Education Manager.
