SECRETARY / SUPPORT TYPIST – Pain Management Clinic

1 x FULL TIME POST: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Are you the person we are looking for?

An opportunity has arisen for a Secretary / Support Typist to be part of our Pain Management Clinic Admin Team within the Anaesthetics & Critical Care Directorate.

Secretarial or an administration background in a busy environment will be an asset. Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, typing, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role. We require a friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic person with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to communicate well with staff, and be able to demonstrate experience of working under pressure and to deadlines.

You will demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritise workload to support the existing Admin Team, providing cross-cover and for any member of the administrative team during periods of sickness or leave.

However, flexibility from the core hours may be required and will be determined locally depending upon the needs of the service.
