An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly professional and motivated registered nurse to join our Market Harborough/Lutterworth Outpatient Departments.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join an existing team of staff who are passionate about delivering high quality patient centred care. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and consolidate existing skills whilst working as part of a strong and cohesive team.

Our Outpatient departments are diverse, multi-disciplinary environments which cater for a number of specialities which includes, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Gynaecology, and ENT. You will be required to work within all the clinician led clinics and be nurse in charge.

You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and service users.

Good organisational skills and a flexible approach to work are essential.

Although your base will be at Market Harborough Hospital there will be times where you will be expected to travel across site and help cover at one of the other Alliance hospitals. These are Feilding Palmer in Lutterworth, Melton Mowbray, Hinckley, Coalville, and Rutland Memorial. Therefore ability to travel between sites and be a car driver is essential for the role.

At all Alliance hospitals there is free parking and reimbursed travel when commuting across site.
