In response to the Hospital Discharge Service Requirement (March 2020) Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) are excited to be recruiting to two new Operational Support Officers for the Discharge Hub, based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. The roles will provide business and administrative support to the Senior Hospital Discharge Hub Coordinator and their team members.

The post holders will work as part of a dynamic and fast-paced multidisciplinary team. They will need to demonstrate tact, discretion, and initiative to support acute to community discharge planning.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who will support the Senior Hospital Discharge Hub Coordinator on the daily escalation calls, produce reports as required and maintain and coordinate the dashboard for the discharge hub, collating updates, actions and comments from the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
