Do you want a rewarding role working within a therapeutic environment providing specialist assessment and treatment to those requiring mental health rehabilitation, are you passionate about recovery and being an advocate for your service users? If yes you might be what we are looking for. We are in an exciting period of transition where we are further developing our model of care and working closely with our psychology and occupational therapy colleagues to deliver bespoke assessment leading to formulation to guide further recovery oriented care.

We are looking for a special kind of person to deliver this model and to advocate for our service users, a person who is able to get the best out of people, someone who can see the potential in others and who thrives on making a positive difference to people’s lives when they are at their most vulnerable.

Are you a compassionate and caring RNLD/RNMH, are you motivated to provide care that you would be happy for your loved ones to receive?

Brocklesby Lodge work in a recovery focused, rehabilitative model with adults with severe and enduring mental illness in taking those next steps towards independence. As part of Navgio Health and Social Care our rehabilitation services have lead the way in returning service users from out of area placements; forming part of an overall model of care that focuses on service users being supported closer to home, in services tailored to meet their needs; in the least restrictive environment possible. We work creatively, innovatively and flexibly within the team- with the focus being on exceptional person centred, evidence based care- always keeping the service user as the focus.

We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team, is able to think creatively and innovatively, lead others and above all is a positive, enthusiastic, energetic and motivated person; eager to learn, develop and be a valued part of our service users ongoing recovery journey.

Whether you are a newly qualified nurse with a passion for rehabilitation; eager to develop new skills and work as part of a forward thinking supportive team or an experienced nurse with a wealth of experience looking for a new challenge, we are excited to hear from you.

This is a Band5/6 post dependant on experience.

So what can you expect from us? As an organisation that believes our staff are our number 1 asset we will offer you a supportive development plan based on your career aspirations whether that be to develop leadership and managerial skills or specialist clinical skills we will set you on the path to achieving your aspirations. As a team we are a very close and supportive group, we understand the importance of enjoying work and we always have a lot of laughs and fun in the working day. We will provide you with an excellent package of supervision that will stretch you clinically but also ensure that you feel supported and understood at work. We are very encouraging of developing our staff and we will offer you a number of training opportunities during your employment. Our focus will be to ensure that you are supported at work and we provide you with a learning environment that will support you professional growth and development

If you think you meet our expectations and want to support us to provide a nationally recognised rehabilitation service then we would love you to get in touch and we look forward to hearing from you!
