An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Covid Response Service (CRS) as a Non-Clinical Auditor. This role is essential in ensuring that the Service adheres to the clinical governance audit requirements by ensuring that necessary quality standard audits are carried out in accordance with agreed Key Performance Indicators relevant to Covid Response Service.
The role will combine all the elements of audit, feedback advice to CRS staff in relation to call handling processes working with the Contract Performance Managers s to ensure provision of initial and remedial coaching and support as required. You will contribute to investigations through completion of call audits.
Your knowledge and experience will be vital in ensuring ongoing support of the Call Agents and will foster good working relationships with colleagues.
In the current role audits will be undertaken remotely, however you will be working as part of an audit team and work closely with the Clinical Assurance Team Leader to ensure that the service adheres to the quality standards for Covid Response Service.
You will assist the Clinical Assurance Team Leader and Clinical Governance Lead in the promotion and dissemination of information related to audit, as well as providing analysis of information as required – e.g. call handling audit, standards achieved etc.
You will act as a positive role model to all staff within CRS
We are happy to look at Full Time and Part Time availability for this role.
Initially we are able to offer a Fixed Term role until 31 March 2021. Any extension will be dependent on business requirements.
