About the Role
The Human Resources Department at Mountbatten are looking for a driven “go getter” who can use their own initiative to problem solve and enhance the HR service provided by the Human Resource Team.
This key role will provide administrative HR support for all areas of the employee life cycle, as well as liaising with processing payroll and assisting with first line HR enquiries.
About You
This role requires you to be a proactive, experienced HR Administrator, who has in-depth knowledge, skills and experience or working within a busy HR function.
You will be able to demonstrate key skills in HR administration processes, together with the ability to work as part of a team, building strong working relationships to enable a flexible, reactive and solution focused approach to your work.
You will be an expert administrator and coordinator, with good IT skills, who is able to balance conflicting priorities and the highest standards of accuracy at all times.
You will be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
