The Trust has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our IM&T Projects Team, supporting the management and delivery of Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration implementation across the Trust. The role offers a real opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and organised project manager to be at the cutting edge of providing digital technologies that support our clinical colleagues in the delivery of patient care.
You will work alongside our existing IM&T teams and will need to develop effective relationships with Senior Managers and Clinicians across the Trust, as well as with third party Supplier leads. The successful applicant will have a proven record of successfully delivering IM&T projects to time, budget and quality parameters, ideally within a healthcare environment. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organise and deliver work programmes in collaboration with colleagues across multiple disciplines and service backgrounds. Experience of working across organisational boundaries and delivering through Prince2 methodology or similar are also essential requirements for this post.

If a DBS check is required for the post you are applying for any offer of employment will be provisional on a satisfactory DBS check being obtained.

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£45). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
