Are you an expert OD practitioner seeking to broaden your experience of system working?

The Cumbria Learning and Improvement Collaborative (CLIC) presents an exciting opportunity to work with Health and care partners to co-design, develop and deliver a refreshed leadership and improvement programme that adds value and builds capability in creating happier and healthier communities in North Cumbria.

As programme lead you will provide senior leadership to the CLIC core team and use your expert OD practice to successfully deliver the CLIC work programme, supporting communities of practice and immplementing OD initiatives that make North Cumbria a great place to work and develop. Your ability to build collaborative working relationships with health and care colleagues across the North Cumbria integrated care partnership and the North East North Cumbria integrated system is essential .

You will have expert OD capability and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage others to bring out the best from the core CLIC team and those colleagues working on behalf of the collaborative.

This is a full time post but flexible working and secondments will be considered. Interview date is 13th January 2021.
