Buckinghamshire Healthcare are looking for Midwife’s

 

NHS Professionals is the leading provider of managed flexible workforce services to the NHS with approximately 120,000 nurses, doctors, administration and clerical and other healthcare professionals signed to its bank. We help our 54 NHS Trust clients implement tactical measures to improve workforce efficiency and productivity as part of an overall workforce strategy.

 

The Role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for talented and committed Registered Midwife to join the Bank at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. A dynamic and diverse Trust with a friendly and family style atmosphere; this role would consist of Day and Night duties for a Band 6 Midwife.

 

Who you will be:

 

  • A dynamic, dedicated Registered Midwife with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role held within the last 2 years and hold NMC Registered Midwife.

  • Have the ability assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of individualised care.

  • Confident in organising the care of assigned patients within a ward or department.

  • Diligent in acting to ensure the safety of patients, including the delegation of patient care to staff with the appropriate level of skill at all times and to report any accidents/ incidents to the Ward Manager/Nurse in Charge as appropriate.

  • Have great attention to detail able to maintain accurate records at all times, ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms & CRMs are used.
