Given the nature of the work of PHE, as a Category 1 department, you may be required in an emergency, if deemed a necessity, to redeploy to another role at short notice. Information and Communications Technology
The Information and Communications Technology Department (ICT) has primary responsibility for service technical infrastructure and support. ICT has staff at a number of locations throughout the Organisation. The key functions of ICT are to provide and support such systems required by the staff of Public Health England (PHE), and to provide the technical infrastructure to enable all forms of corporate communication, both within the Organisation and between the Organisation and its customers and stakeholders.

Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word 365 and Microsoft Excel 365 is essential and a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and Microsoft SharePoint administration would be advantageous and desirable.
