Staff Nurse Band 5 - full & part time hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident RGN to join our friendly, innovative and forward thinking team.

Hazel ward is based at the Tickhill Road Hospital site and specialises in adult physical rehabilitation. This ward is a multidisciplinary led ward, where you will be an autonomous practitioner with the support of advanced nurse practitioners and a large multidisciplinary team

You will be supported to use your clinical and assessment skills, and be able to plan and co-ordinate the patients care from admission through to discharge. You will be managing patients with long term physical illnesses who need a period of functional rehabilitation, and assessment before discharge home.
