The Information Communication Technology Department has a vacancy for an ICT Desktop Support Analyst.
The role of the Desktop Support Analyst is to be responsible for end user device management across the D&G customer base, ensuring service continuity, inventory management (including asset management) and endpoint security.
The Desktop Services Team provide expert-level IT technical support to over 3000 clinical and administrative colleagues across multiple sites including Darent Valley, Queen Marys Sidcup, Erith and Gravesend plus a number of other community based clinical staff and a number of devices and operating systems.
This role is both technical and operational and will involve the day to day running of the IT support service to agreed service levels and installation of new hardware and systems.
