Can you help your local NHS team? Are you looking for a career in health administration?

If you're enthusiastic, friendly and computer literate, with great communication skills, we need you to join our community nursing team in Tunbridge Wells.

The role involves general office duties to support a busy Adult Community Nursing PCN which consists of four teams. These duties will include Typing notes of meetings, photocopying, filing, stock control, data entry (using word, excel and bespoke databases such as RIO), booking medical devices for service as well as answering the phone. You will need to be happy working in a busy environment, have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, and be self-motivated.

This post will be based in Tunbridge Wells however you will be required to travel to other bases in a timely manner, this will be for meetings, sharing of supplies, and training, and therefore you will be required to have use of a car with a full driving license.

We will help you to develop new skills and knowledge in an established team, whilst gaining valuable work experience. If you don't have the essential qualifications for the role, this may not be an automatic barrier to you being offered an interview. This is a full-time post.

We are following the current guidelines regarding interviewing so therefore will be conducting virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp.

As a dynamic organisation, with a fast changing service provision we take a flexible approach in terms of what we are able to offer. This means that we reserve the right to change the hours detailed in this advert to full time or part-time to meet the service requirements. Please note that the salary stated is based on full time working and will be pro rata for part time working.

Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas also receive 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum of £1,762. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
