Are you an experienced ACP looking to work autonomously within a modern health facility based in Ashford?

Working alongside local Gps and the Frailty team you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical care to this group of complex adult patients.

You will be required to have both an ACP and independent prescribing qualification.

Please note that the salary stated is based on full time working and will be pro rata for part time working.

Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas also receive 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum of £1,762. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
