An opportunity has arisen for a Benefits & Change Manager to join the Hdigital Support and Implementation Team on a fix term contract or Secondment until May 2022.

The Hdigital Support and Implementation Team is responsible for the development, implementation and on-going management and support of the Trust’s Information Management and Technology (IM&T) Strategy. This strategy aims to transform the Trust into a “digitised enterprise” within the next five years.

The Trust is looking to appoint a Benefits and Change Manager, who will work as part of the team to deliver the change and benefits associated with the next phase of the IM&T Strategy. A team approach is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and change management skills. A good knowledge of clinical and operational processes in the hospital environment is essential.

There may be a requirement to travel to other Trust and Local Healthcare provider sites. There is an opportunity to work from home for part of the week. Full details of the job requirements can be found on the job description and the person specification.
