AuditOne are recruiting a Principal Auditor to work across our Education and NHS clients throughout the North of England.

AuditOne provides services to 17 Education and 36 NHS organisations across the North East, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Humberside regions, with offices in Gosforth, Newcastle, Durham and Stockton-on-Tees.

We would particularly be looking to recruit a person with experience of the Education sector and / or auditing in the Education sector or a good working knowledge of funding rules and regulations. Ideally, the post holder should also be able to demonstrate relevant professional development through the possession of an audit, accountancy or risk management qualification, or be equivalently qualified though experience. The post holder will be required to work as a member of our team to provide client organisations with high quality audit services in accordance with the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards and departmental procedures and guidance. Our auditors are required to take responsibility for allocated assignments and to manage their own work within time constraints. We utilise MK Insight Audit Software.

The post holder will be working full time (i.e. 37.5 hours per wee), however flexible and part time working would be considered for an exceptional candidate.
