We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a new combined practice based in Holyhead.
The applicant must have experience in customer services and or reception work.
The ability to communicate in welsh is highly desirable. All successful applicants would be expected to learn Welsh.
Familiarity with Microsoft and computer literacy are essential for this post however training will be supplied for the right applicant. As a Medical receptionist you will at times be expected to work under pressure and be confident with dealing with difficult situations and emergencies. Confidentiality and quality is at the heart of what we do and so it will be essential for the applicant to have a great understanding of confidentiality the ability to demonstrate knowledge in this field will be favourable.
Full training in the systems and processes will be given and personal development will be provided within role. The applicant must be willing to cover others and be fully flexible with their working pattern and able to work across two sites. The hours of operation are 7.45am-18.30pm.
This is a growing practice who will be utilising modern technology to support our patients and be part of a larger Multi disciplinary team.
This is a permanent role after the initial supervision period of six months.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
