We are recruiting to strengthen our response during the Coronavirus outbreak.

We are a provider for Mental health, intellectual disability and specialist mental health services, community physical health for adults and children, prison health and our low, medium and high secure hospitals including Rampton Hospital.


Healthcare Assistant - Mental Health Services

We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant who is passionate about compassionate person- centred patient care to work in our Mental Health Services for Older People, based in Bulwell. If you are positive thinking, hardworking and a team player and could contribute to providing high quality care to individuals in crisis please do not hesitate to apply.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate initiative, can be resilient in sometimes challenging situations, and have excellent communication skills. You must be over 18.

Whilst previous experience is advantageous, we are also interested in hearing from exceptional individuals without direct experience, whom can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience.

Colleagues commencing at Band 2 are offered the opportunity to progress after 12 months experience in post and on completion of internal competencies. Opportunities to progress to Nursing Associate training are also available.

We work a 7 day per week, 24 hour shift pattern which includes weekend and bank holidays and regular night shifts. Unsocial hour payments apply.

People with a lived experience of mental health issues are strongly encouraged to apply.
