We currently have a vacancy for a Medical Secretary within our Women and Childrens' Admin Team. The role is a permanent position
Secondment opportunities are welcome from internal candidates.
We are seeking an individual with excellent organisational skills, a range of computer skills and experience in working as a secretary. Good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach, enthusiastic and motivation are all required for this post. Previous experience of working within a medical secretary environment would be desirable but not essential.
We require the candidates to have skills in all areas of administration functions to enable them to support the patient pathway, using Standard Operating (SOP’s) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.
