AAU is an extremely busy 19 bedded ward that accepts patients for medical assessment from G.Ps and A&E. We are looking for a Staff Nurse with Acute Care experience to complete our team, who will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and support students and staff with clinical expertise. You will also have the opportunity of working within our Same Day Emergency Care Clinic that also accepts patients for medical assessment from G.Ps and A&E giving you a very varied workload. We are looking to expand and develop this area in the very near future.
The successful applicant will be expected to function effectively under pressure without compromising basic standards of care and professionalism. In return we will offer you excellent managerial support and commitment to your personal professional development. The team is both friendly and supportive, with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of care.
