Our physical healthcare services include intermediate care services in Ealing as part of the Community Independence Service partnership.

Our national, specialist and forensic services include:

  • Medium secure services on the St Bernard’s Hospital site in Ealing
  • Services for people with complex and severe personality disorder at the Cassel Hospital in Richmond
  • High secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire

We are a teaching Trust with a growing research portfolio, working with academic and industry partners.

Band 4 Senior Peer support worker posts in MINT services in Hammersmith and Fulham

Do you have experience of using mental health services? Would you like to use this experience to help others?

We have exciting opportunities for peer support workers with lived experience of mental health problems to join our new Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) that are based across the trust.
The peer support work service is growing in West London NHS Trust, and it is a really great time to be joining us. We need experienced peer support workers who are prepared to use their own experience to support and encourage others to develop an independent and meaningful life. The post can be full or part time depending upon availability and service needs.

The successful applicant will have completed relevant peer support worker training to help to work confidently to support others and have completed ImROC’s peer support work competency framework through their work as a peer support worker. We offer Relocation packages for some positions (including Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses) - a relocation allowance of up to £8000 is offered for those who meet a required criteria.

Registered Nurses are required to produce their current NMC Revalidation documents/Portfolio at the assessment centre for verification, unless you are a newly qualified nurse from University.
