Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Registered Health Professional with a current registration. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an evolving Quality Assurance, Improvement and Patient Safety team, working across the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System (ICS).

This senior member of the nursing and quality team will be responsible for the development and operation of quality assurance frameworks and will ensure that there are systems are in place to support early warning and escalation of quality concerns across all commissioned providers including primary care.

An important part of the role will be to manage the delivery of the quality improvement function, ensuring that best practice, learning and innovation is shared across providers, systems and more widely and is used to inform commissioning decisions.

The post holder will provide strategic oversight for the teams delivering Quality Assurance and Improvement functions within the directorate, including patient safety; and will manage the implementation of the NHS Patient Safety Strategy.

To enable the system transformation that the CCG are leading we are looking for an individual who has the skills to build and nurture relationships within and between organisations and across systems.
