Following the pause in routine Breast Screening Activity during the COVID lock down, the London Breast Screening Administration Hub based at Edgware Community Hospital is expanding to facilitate and assist the recovery of delay to Breast screening invitations in London.

*** This is a fixed term position within the London Breast Screening Administration Recovery Hub ***

We are looking for Lead Administration Officer to support the work of the London Breast Screening Administration Hub by accurate, efficient and timely execution of essential activities that supports the breast screening pathway, under the direction of the Assistant Service Manager.

To lead on the administration function related to the London Breast Screening Administration Hub Recovery Hub and Call centre including a close collaboration with the London Breast Screening services.

To provide, supervision to the Senior Administration Officers and Administration Officers’, associated with the London Breast screening Recover Hub and Call Centre.

The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of working in a public/patient facing role and have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate would also need to have the ability to use their initiative and be able to problem solve, in a busy environment.

This post does involve working shift patterns including weekends and late evenings to provide operational support to cover the Hub telephone call centre and admin tasks.
