The Willow Group is a forward thinking and advanced GP group providing primary care services for 35,000 patients over 4 local sites in Gosport.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated professional with excellent clinical, organisational & communication skills, who has the ability to work autonomously. 

You will be an experienced nurse practitioner who, acting within your professional boundaries, will support our on-going initiatives, which includes the Gosport Home Visiting Service.

You will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process and will work collaboratively with the general practice team and extended primary care team, to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership.

You will look to develop new and innovative concepts, models, methods and practices to deliver new and improved primary care services to meet the needs of the practice population.

In order to work at this level, NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.

Hours: 37.5

The Trust will support you in this duty by providing ongoing training, support and advice and have a Corporate Safeguarding Team who can be contacted for guidance and the provision of safeguarding supervision.
