The Role

In December 2018 Hertfordshire was selected as one of 15 sites nationally to become a Trailblazer for the implementation of “Transforming children and young people’s mental health provision: a green paper”. HPFT have two established teams in St Albans and Hoddesdon and are developing a new team in Stevenage and are seeking three experienced Team Leaders to manage these teams.

We are looking to appoint an experienced manager with clinical experience who has the ability to provide strong leadership, to contribute to the development and implementation of a high quality service to meet the needs of children and young people in education settings.

Furthermore the post holder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining team systems and processes for the effective operation of the team, including outcome measurements, audit and annual service policy review. The postholder will act in support with fellow Team Leaders in providing Leadership and advice across the MHST Service
