We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated nurses to join our highly regarded Out of Hours Community Service and can offer either full or part time hours.
Based on the St Peters Acute Hospital site just of Jct 11 of the M25, we provide responsive community services to patients across the beautiful Thames and surrounding regions.
Working as part of our Community Nursing team, you will use your nursing skills to assess, investigate, diagnose and treat, patients in their own environment and preventing unnecessary acute hospital admissions, and providing palliaitive care.
