The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, Guildford in collaboration with Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Chertsey have a number of exciting opportunities to be part of a dynamic team that will implement the Trusts’ new Integrated Clinical Care System (ICCS).

The ICCS, incorporating Cerner Millennium Patient Record will enable clinical staff and other authorised users to share data and streamline their processes across the entire organisation and trust boundaries. This is part of a high-profile transformational Programme.

This will be an integrated and interoperable system providing a connected experience with access to up-to-date and real time information about our patients, complete with decision-support tools for clinicians.

Our Change Partners will work with clinical and operational services to develop the processes, complete Data Collection Workbooks and system design for an agreed Cerner Millennium module in-line with the Trust(s) Transformation agenda, leading to a successful delivery and implementation of the joint ePR deployment of a single instance of Cerner.

About the role

You will be part of team working closely with the Workstream lead, Project Manager, IT Systems Manager and Information & Service improvement leads. You will identify and manage the dependencies, interfaces and potential problems of other projects within the Trust IT work programme that will have an impact on delivery of the joint ePR Programme.


You will have previous experience working in a digital transformation programme and have change management experience associated with the introduction of clinical systems. You will hold a post graduate qualification or have equivalent specialist experience.


A standard DBS check is required for the role.
