As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) Clinical Auditor at Partnering Health Limited (PHL) working as part of a team, your role is so very important in providing an efficient integrated urgent care service to our patients with a caring and respectful disposition.

We require experienced ACP’s to work as part of the team undertaking call listening audits and support feedback and learning across the service. You will be experienced in working independently via remote telephone triage, through face to face consultations in a planned care and urgent care clinics. You will have been accountable for delivering safe, clinical decision-making and expert care to a high standard ideally in PHL services and can bring those standards to the audit team. Acting within your professional boundaries, your duties will include listening to calls and reviewing clinical documentation, providing an audit using an accredited tool and documenting feedback developing action plans and following up on these action plans with our clinicians.
