Nursing Associate or Assistant Practioner Posts - Boston ICT

We have exciting new opportunities at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS). Boston Community Nursing Team are looking to recruit Nurse Associates and Assistant Practioners.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge within community nursing through continued professional development.

LCHS staff collectively see thousands of people every day in community hospitals, health clinics, schools, children’s centres and in patients’ own homes. They also do something else very special; they are responsible for turning an ordinary day into something extraordinary.

We are looking for brilliant individuals who can be part of a fast-moving, innovative and ambitious team, dedicated to supporting members of our communities to manage their own health when seen at home or in a clinic setting. The successful candidates will be supported by a Case manager and the team to care for our patients holistically and to achieve competencies in all aspects of community nursing which include palliative care, wound care, continence assessment and intervention and diabetes care.

We are rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission and are playing an integral part in shaping future health service provision countywide alongside partner health and social care organisations.

Permanent Full and Part time hours are available

All posts to cover Boston and surrounding villages. The community nurse team are based at Venture House, Boston.

Hours are 7.5 hrs a day covering 8.00 – 18:30, 7 days a week.
