The Trust is offering a 12 months secondment opportunity for a clinical lead with a strong clinical background, who is enthusiastic about recruitment and education of nurses who has a demonstrable portfolio of experience in supporting pre-registration learners and other nurse training programs.

This role will work closely with HR colleagues to lead on the coordination of International Nurse Recruitment. The role will also support and input into reporting on progress against the Trust nurse recruitment strategy and working closely with HR Colleagues will lead on the coordination and development of Trust wide assessment centres, develop nurse candidate attraction strategies and support the development of candidate talent pools.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of pre-employment checking practices and will be able to interpret and apply national guidance in this regard. The individual will also be confident in accessing and analysing data and using this to propose improvements to existing systems and processes. Excellent organisational skills to enable them to deliver results in a timely way to ensure that the recruitment service remains fit for purpose and able to respond to changing demands.

Please note working hours will be full time 37.5 hours per week. Part time hours of up to 30 hours would be considered.

 

 




Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
