£19,737 - £21,142 per annum pro rata

A 6 months fixed term secondment opportunity has arisen to join the WebV team as the Administration Support . We are looking for a candidate who has confidence in using the WebV System, strong organisational skills and experience in minute taking and general administration.

Working with all departments and staff groups within three hospitals, the post holder will join an Agile team of developers/clinical leaders/testers/project support staff who are committed to providing bespoke software for both clinical and administrative applications to improve patient care and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Being the front line support for any day to day WebV enquiries.
  • Minute Taking
  • Meeting Organisation
  • Assisting with meeting/project related documents
  • Procurement documentation
  • General Office duties

The successful candidate will be proficient in:

  • Using the WebV System
  • Use of Microsoft Office Products
  • Communication
  • Social Media

The successful candidate will:

  • Be well organised and be able to prioritise
  • Be highly motivated with the ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • Be a team player
  • Willing to undertake any training required to fulfil this role
  • Be familiar with Agile development
