The Health Records Department at Morriston Hospital currently has the following position available for a Health Records Supervisor

The hours of work are 20 hours - 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will be a Team Leader who enjoys the challenge of working within a pressurised hospital environment, and on a day to day basis will be responsible for the supervision of the Health Records Department; ensuring that all records are being retrieved, located and provided in a timely manner to support Service delivery.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and positive individual who is organised, has excellent communication skills and has the ability to supervise, support and motivate teams.

You will need to have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the service, as there will be the requirement to provide cover/support and attend meetings across any of the Health Records Hospital sites.

Knowledge of WPAS/IFIT and the Clinical Portal is desirable, along with previous Health Records or NHS experience; although full training will be provided.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
