Smokefree Norfolk are looking for a highly motivated Service Engagement Officer to join our team.

Are you a motivated and well organised individual with an extensive administration background? Would you like to join East Coast Community Healthcare 's Smokefree Norfolk team based in Norwich?
If the answer is YES, then read on....

You will deliver a high quality Single Point of Access service and a full range of administrative support to the Smokefree Norfolk Team with the ability to be:-
• Highly organised with administrative experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous
• Attention to detail
• Accurate and quick data input
• IT literate with competency in Microsoft applications including Excel
• Knowledge of clinical data systems
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be able to provide a smoking cessation triage service enabling clients to access appropriate support
• Have an awareness of Stop Smoking Services
• Work to help deliver key performance indicators
• Able to engage with external organisations and promote the Smokefree Message
• Working pattern will be based on a 16 hour working week.
• Able to work weekends and Evenings when required.
