Senior Advanced Clinical Practitioner Band 8a (Nurse or Paramedic)

Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner who would like to join a CQC outstanding rated Trust. Our Urgent Care Service is currently expanding and developing in line with the National Transformation process. LCHS have a system wide approach to Urgent Care across Lincolnshire. We are looking for innovative and flexible individuals, who can deliver face to face care for Illness and Injury presentations for a broad range of conditions in our Grantham Team.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are able to meet the essential criteria in the person specification and can provide evidence of significant experience in the treatment of minor illness and minor injury. Candidates will also hold a non-medical prescribing qualification.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate the right values and behaviours, and have excellent leadership and communications skills.
