Mental Health Support Teams - Operational Team Lead

37.5hrs - Full Time

Are you interested in Managing a successful Mental Health Support Team? Please have a look....

We are looking for TWO people to provide Operational Leadership in the CAMHS Mental Health Support Teams. We have been successful in gaining funding for Wave 1, 2 and 4 in Nottinghamshire. Nottinghamshire CAMHS MHST was the first team in the country to be fully operational, with many UK Teams now mirroring the model established.

There will be two teams over different localities across Nottinghamshire providing low intensity interventions in schools signed up to the program locally. We have good links with key stakeholders such as; University providers, Education England, NHS England and local Commissioners which has led to the success.

We have an established workforce in Wave 1 &2, and are working hard actively to recruit to Wave 4, to operationalise the service wider. In the Wave 4 Teams you will continue with the work in embedding this newer area of the service. At present we have a project lead for the initial roll out, recruitment, and school sign up.

Nottinghamshire CAMHS has established and successful Community CAMHS Teams all of which have a vast MDT with lots of experience. Both are fast paced teams and we are looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable individual to continue to progress and develop Services for young people locally.

Nottinghamshire CAMHS is a service with exciting transformational activity happening and teams who have been acknowledged for their work at a national level. This is an ambitious service, and one of which is attractive to work for.

The Operational Team Leads will be supported by the Service Manager for CAMHS and Advanced Clinical Practitioner. There is also the opportunity for peer supervision and a culture of learning that feels very supportive.
